Cabernet Franc was crafted by Monte Xanic in the 1990s, becoming one of the flagship wines of both the Limited Edition series and the winery itself.
Very few regions in the world produce it as a single-varietal wine — only climates capable of full ripening allow it, as is the case with our valleys. It also shows great aging potential.

The grape originates from the Bordeaux region in southwestern France. It comes from vigorous plants with small, moderately compact clusters. The berries are small, dark, and have thick skins.

A deep-colored wine with a purplish hue and great extract. It’s elegant and honest, with aromas of red fruits such as cherries, currants, fresh blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
Delicate herbal notes, lilac flowers, and spices like black pepper, balsamic, clove, cinnamon, and vanilla, along with cedar wood tones, create an outstanding aromatic profile.
Tannins are refined, elegant, and long-lasting. Over time, Cabernet Franc develops notes of black and red fruits — blackberries, cherries, currants — along with floral violet, leather, and wood nuances.
